Police arrested Luis Colon, 35, of Port Ewen on May 2, and charged him with felony burglary, criminal mischief, petit larceny and harassment following a residential burglary at a home on Rt. 213 in the town of Ulster.
Police arrested Colon just before 9 p.m. after responding to a call of a dispute in progress. According to police, Colon entered the apartment when it was unoccupied, and was surprised by residents returning home, resulting in an altercation. A neighbor called police.
